Cambodia – Siem Reap – November 12 – 17, 2002

Alas,
one of us got some bad food, and unfortunately it was Bill. Thanks to the
miracles of modern day antibiotics, and our experience on other trips, we
were able to diagnose and treat him promptly, so he lost a little weight (5
lbs or so) but we were back in action within 48 hours. There is no medical system in
Cambodia, only clinics funded by other governments, so any serious care
requires medical evacuation.
Luckily, this was not one of those times!
