We walked by this fishtank at a restaurant – but what are these strange fish?.

T The guy who was pulling a couple of fish out grabbed the fish and puff – it became the deadly puffer fish. These are eaten in restaurants that only sell this fish, and it is specially prepared so it doesn’t kill you!!.

We really felt ignorant. Imagine not being able to even recognize one word. .

The language problem was the worst we faced. The streets in Japan were completely random, the addresses confusing for even local cab drivers, and the houses are numbered by the date at which they were built, so house #1 may be next to house #45. Couple this to the fact that we couldn’t read anything, and there are no English (or any other roman character based language ) signs.
